How you can improve your time management working from home
I am sure that you have heard working from home
has a lot of benefits.
The thing is if you don't use your time wisely,
if you don't come up with a schedule that you are going
to follow, especially when you are starting out,
I can assure you, that you are not going to make it.
That you will fail. And you don't need to spend time
brainstorming all day what is it that you can do better,
or how to make the perfect schedule.
How I look at my schedule is very simple.
I divide it into 2 groups:
1. NON - INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES
2. INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES
1. NON - INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES
Studying. Reading e -books. Watching Videos.
Learning new sales techniques.
Thinking all day what type of posts to come up with.....
Now, don't get me wrong, this things are great, and very helpful, but this things will not make you money.
I am not saying that you need to get rid of this things, just don't spend the whole day on them.
My suggestion is to spend time on this activities
during off - hours.
When you are not working spend time for self development.
Or just make a specific time when you are going to focus on this things.
Maximum what I use every day on this things is 2-3 hours.
Nothing more.
2. INCOME PRODUCING ACTIVITIES
Remember that you are not getting paid for studying, coming up with good posts, straighten your desk.
You get paid for RECRUITING AND RETAILING. So spend your time ( your prime time )
most of the day doing prospecting.
Prospecting people who want to purchase your product,
or prospecting people who are interested in having
their home based business.
So if you want to get your business up and running and you want to see those commissions coming in, improving your time management is the key. If you make a schedule where every day most of the time you are doing prospecting and not only reading books, watching webinars and many other things, you will start to see changes in your bank account.
